Just as Covid lockdowns are easing and it seems that life is trying to return to something that looks more “normal,” the George Floyd death in Minneapolis hit the news. Our country has been shaken anew by this unacceptable death and the violent response by rioters and looters that has been widely covered by the media.
We who believe and trust in God need to pray for our country as we lift those who are hurting in prayer. People need the comfort only God can provide: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Matt. 5:4

So many need Him. Our country is so lost. Please pray, not only for justice, but for America.

“If My people, which are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their evil ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 7:14
