The month of December is “moving right along.” Somehow after Turkey Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, many of us have crammed in decorating, shopping, and addressing Christmas cards. Oh, yes, factor in grocery shopping, cooking, and baking for the upcoming get -togethers. Before we know it, the advent calendar will read December 24 – one more day! It’s a festive and busy time of year, but Christmas is so much more. That’s why the Billy Graham quote began this post.

Please take time to remember His birth in the midst of everything else. Christ came to die . . . for you. What a gift to us from our Heavenly Father! Jesus isn’t just part of the story of Christmas; Christmas is part of the story of Jesus!
